So if I randomly feel like reading a few pages of a fictional novel, I'll do it. I don't push it aside. I promise myself that I'll do it later. I do it right then. Why? Because it is that moment. My body is telling me that it needs a break. My mind is probably overwhelmed with thoughts, and trying to do work at that moment would be highly unproductive. And when I do what I want in that moment I set down to work

Hi. Thanks for inviting me. So true. If we don't focus on selfcare, then our bodies feel unhealthy. Everyone needs it's. A break for the lease freedom of life and listen to their own words. It's not necessary to leave someone else but myself finding inner peace to our inner soul as we give an example of reading fiction. So it's up to personal choice. And if we don't do so? Obviously stress anxiety, manage physical disorder, maintain their role thanks again
