And I don't know if that taps into something deeper, because although I may not remember character's names or really even the plot, I just remember how it makes me feel. And I feel like that could really open up a whole nother conversation. But it's almost just like music in a way. I can't describe why I listen to my music

And it's about how memory comes and goes, but the feeling remains. I think it's a really beautiful reminder that we can get hooked on what we can and cannot remember and maybe get scared about that or maybe judge ourselves. But the ultimate thing is how you felt with a TV show or with a person, for that matter or an experience in different stages of our lives. Memory adds and flows. Because you're so young

I think if you have a book that you really enjoy like, I just recently read a book that I really loved, and I was really super engaged in it, and I remember small details about the book just because I was so into it. So I think it's a combination of pushing yourself to be grounded and very present and making sure that you're trying to retain that information and also finding stuff that actually does capture your attention in a way that you want

Especially if I like I mean, I like to binge watch TV just because I think it's fun. And so if I stayed up late at night and then watched a TV show, like all twelve episodes, which are like 30 minutes, suppose I've been watched it in like one night, the next morning, sometimes I wake up and then I know that I watched it
