How’s your self care routine going?

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. It's been a while since I did a swell cast. I thought I would just check in and ask everyone hows, hows, hows, hows, hows, hows, hows, hows, hows, hows your self care routine going? Self care as we come out of this pandemic time. So let me know how you're doing. I am still taking my walks, enjoying beautiful things in nature, and that is permanently part of my self care routine

And then I've been doing 100 squats a day here on this yoga mat and pushups and some sort of core activity. Also, maybe some dancing in between if I'm feeling it and some stretching and just the regularity of it and how easy it is while still really feeling like I'm working my muscles and getting my heart going has felt so good, and it only maybe takes 20 to 30 minutes at most. And I can listen to music, listen to a podcast

Congratulations to the coming out of the pandemic to everybody. But I looked closely at my self care. Paying attention to everybody. It's almost like a blind eye to pay attention to everybody else, as if I'm selfish. It's almost like that. But it's not quite. But I pay close attention to my self care from zero to 100%. Not quite 100, maybe less than 87, like 77. But yeah, I pay close attention to myself carefully

Hey, Kim, thank you so much for posting this. I think my routine is a combination of what Bowie and Deborah Both said. I work out in the evenings so that's I try, like Bowie said, you don't really need a lot to get a good workout in. So I do a lot of push ups. I go for runs. I also do some breath work in the morning when I wake up. And I think what I really look forward to is having long showers
