Like the three chapters in each chapter is with three people, so it interacts with all three of them in each chapter, which is really cool. This is a brilliant book so far and this is my first book of the year. I usually read, but I have two little ones, but I just wanted to know if anybody has read it or reading it. It's a very good book

I actually read this book with a book group and some of them really did not like some of the stylistic choices, which I thought was interesting. I personally loved them and thought the book was gorgeous and the way it was written and also obviously the stories as well. But I'm really curious what you thought about it. Did you like the writing style? What did you think of how it ended? Did you have any favorite characters?

Kindred and her other books is, like, amazing so far, too. And I need to read some of her other ones. But I wanted to take a break from her and read Bernard Dean's book. And I feel like right now it's, like, very good reading it because it's like there's a lot of issues. I'm 34 years old, and it's like a lot of the stuff that they've been through, some of the stuff I've been through too

And also, I hope you continue to post book reviews, especially if any of the Octavia Butler reads, because I'm a huge fan and I'm trying to work through like her whole bibliography and Kindred is actually next on my list. I read Bloodchild for the first time as an adult

But it's like the way she told the story, I'm like, D***, it's even deeper because listening to how she's telling it and I'm like, D***, it's very deep. And then some of the stuff, like I said come off. I'm like reading and I also write down a lot of things too now, because like I said, I forget about a lot of things I said

I am always looking for new stuff to read and also similarly, other people to talk with books about because it can be challenging to find community.
