Hello Kwai very nice swell and very informative also yes healthy lifestyle play an important role in everybody like in this busy era no one scared about their health and at all health is not just by eating food it is is a combination of many activities like exercise, good sleep and healthy food and many things positively and your way to present yourself everything includes in it and yes, if you live in a healthy lifestyle your sleep cycle also maintains which is very necessary condition for our mental health also as we can see that there are so many people who are suffering from the mental health because of their irregular sleep and the negative thoughts are roaming in their mind so yes, we need a healthy lifestyle we need to convert our healthy routine to healthy it is very difficult for today to shift in this but if we try to do from the first today and increase it slowly then it can make our life fully active and profitable also because if we are happy we are healthy we can do whatever we want without any fear at all we can get something positive outcomes after it also so thank you bye

But yes, I will definitely try to eat most of the portion of my food which relates to some healthy thing. Okay, I promise I will try to do that. So this bring me calmness in the voice.
