Things that make me wanna scream!!!

article image placeholderUploaded by @kfmarshall2022
Good afternoon to all who is listening. Today I decided to just randomly just go off the top of my head because of what I'm feeling right now. So as you can and tell by the title, there's things that we as adults go through in life that really makes us want to just go and just scream off the top of our lungs because it's people and things and situations that really makes us want to just scream

Hey, Crystal, you know, it's so amazing that you brought this up because, you know, talking is cathartic. We know that. But the scream that, that need to get out, that energy, it's so primal. And because you're asking, I'll just say that what I'm most primal is when I'm on hold on the phone and the person I'm dealing with with some customer service is so unhelpful. And so she's not empowered herself or himself

So those customer service calls and it always happens right after I pray for patience, I always got to call a number where I got to be put on hold and I just like oh my goodness, these people won't do it to me again. But you know what, it's good that we actually get patient because if we sit there and be anxious and get all frustrated with being on hold for long or with them being nasty, ain't no telling what can happen. So thank you for responding

Hey, yeah, very good conversation. Very good topic here. What makes us want to screen. And, you know, it can change. It can change on a daily basis. It could change on a weekly, monthly basis. You know, we have those moments as people, as human beings, especially as adults. And I think it's that pressure that gets to me

And those systems can be so full of rejection, like you said, and twists and turns that are out of control. But it's a timely conversation also to talk about the screaming in the car and losing it and just wanting to do something with that negative energy. And I bring this back to gun control because I think that this is where we're also human, we're also fragile

You'd be like, you know what, man? Because like you said, you'd be wanting to curse somebody out. You just be wanting to just do all out or whatever just because you're frustrated. And I have my moments too. And I literally just say, you know what, if I don't scream, I got to give it to give it to God because he knows what to do better than we do. So thank you for your confidence and thank you for sharing your insight

It is such a relief, and it gives me an opportunity to sort my thoughts and think and benefit from that time being alone outside most of the time I do run alone there's a few times I don't. But typically I do. And I can break down the feelings. I can own those feelings
