Why does our brain remember bad memories?

article image placeholderUploaded by @KavyaNagarajan
Hello everyone. Hope you're doing good. So have you ever think that why does our mind keep thinking about the past, bad memories and bad moments in life? Yeah. Our brain has a habit of recalling bad memories more than good ones. The brain stores highly emotional memories longer than the neutral memories. Negative memories are remember longer than those memories because they are correspondent with the high stress situation

Hello, Kavya. I totally agree with you with that. The brain always remember the bad things. It is because humans have a tendency to attract to the negative energy more than the positive energy. This could be another factor of it. So you explain the topic very well. I like yourself. Thank you for making
