Some of these people do have high expectations of themselves and don't want to disappoint others expectations or to change the image that others have of them as a successful positive person. They believe they just need to be stronger and better in order to get through it. But the matter is not about satisfying others, but lay for you come out of the depression world and create your own world of happiness. That's enough. Thank you for your time
