Here's two people whose trauma did not give them thick skin, the ones who have become more sensitive and insecure, who cry more easily, who get overwhelmed at small things. I'm so tired of the narrative that trauma makes you tough and untouchable. We are survivors, not superheroes

And it's true that trauma does leave a lot of us into a weird situation where we don't know and we just think there was a time I was so strong, but I don't find that anymore.
