Do you have a poem for the moment?

And I was thinking that Robert Frost's Nothing Gold Can Stay has been a poem that I've gone to over and over again over the last three years as I have grieved with uncomforted friends and needed their grieving and comfort for myself. We're wondering, do you have a poem that comes back to you in specific moments? We would love to hear it. Deborah's asked me to read the frost poem. Nothing gold can stay

And I always think about the poem he used to say to me, which is this beautiful poem by Joyce Kilmer. Right. That's her name. And I'm going to just pause his name. His name? No way. Yes. Talk about this. That's all I know. I believe Irish. He's a he. I've known this poem for 40 years, and now I know it's a dude

You. Hello. My name is Mike. I go by Scribe seven and it's a poem for the moment. I needed a poem for just about every moment. I needed hope and I didn't even know to go look. These things came to me and it's actually part of a play. One of them is a poem and the other one is a scripture that I memorized and it helped me keep going. I was Harry King Sandy

I think that's really something that Katharine is here to do with us on Swell is to make sure that poetry and words are, like, stepping stones for all of our journeys. It's really beautiful to have your voice here. Thank you
