Trying to get over my coffee addiction

Hey, folks. So I was having a conversation with a friend the other day who happens to be a professional tennis player, and I've always known her to be calm and collected and rather headstrong. But she mentioned that she's been having quite a few panic attacks for the smallest of reasons of late, and we tried breaking it down and slowly realized that these panic attacks have had very real physical ramifications, so she hasn't been able to eat very well or sleep on time

What a great idea, because I'm gonna expect your voice even not as expectation, but as anticipation. I think it's a great idea to use this space to help sort of create a rhythm in your commitment. Whatever your choices, whatever you're trying to do to say, hey, I'm checking in today with myself doing it here on Swell. And here's how I'm doing, because it's tough to break habits

I drink coffee all day. I get up. I got one of them little goofy ChemX type things because I had to curate and I decided that was disgusting. So I started doing the French press. Then somebody recommended the chemist thing, and I actually kind of liked that. I make a little pot of the Chemex. I mix espresso with a medium blend, and that's how I make my morning coffee

So we kind of need that extra boost just to get through things. I can also say that coffee has a lot of health benefits, so it's not exactly the worst thing to have an addiction to. There's a lot of things that could be much worse to have an addiction to than coffee. The other thing I want to say is I feel for your friend. I used to suffer from panic attacks a lot, and I can directly correlate it to my caffeine intake. Coffee like you

@Professor42 benefits?

Hey, professor, 42, I wanted to ask you if you knew about what the health benefits are in 2021. I'm asking you that because just like liver and wine, over the of years, doctors have said liver is really good for you. But there's all these different stories when you say coffee has good health benefits. Besides the caffeine industry, the coffee industry talking about it. What are the top three benefits? Besides, obviously energy? Just out of curiosity

Hello DB. I wanted to respond back to your question. Some of the benefits include any accidents. In fact, coffee has been shown to be don't quote me on the percentage, but close to percent of the Westerners diet. As far as any accidents go, it helps with weight loss because it boosts your metabolism. It decreases your chances for type two diabetes and Additionally has been shown to decrease your chances of liver cancer. And there are other many benefits
