I made stir fry for dinner

Or sometimes I just throw it right in there. If it's marinated or something. And then I'll throw the vegetables and everything on there, start to Cook it, mix it all up in my wok. Which one tip I will say is you sesame oil. I always use olive oil as a base because I get like, a huge three gallon thing. That's pretty cheap. But then I'll also add a little sesame oil in there for some flair

Yay for Stir Fry!

It would not Brown because I was crowding the pan and the meat or the veggies could not get in contact with the hot oil because it was crowding up against other things. So what I learned was the hack that serious chefs do. I found this in the Eats cookbook the food lab cookbook is that you Cook each vegetable separately, where you Cook five cups at a time, right. I'm going to make a big pot of stir Fry like I did tonight
