So all of this is amazing, and it makes complete sense, and I'm happy about it. I'm still not exactly sure if I want to stay here for too long, but I'm starting to enjoy the job a lot more. A lot more. Mainly because we hired a lot more stuff. Like, now we hire, like, four people, which is amazing. And, yeah, I'm happy. Today is, like, a weird episode

And when I've been working with a manager or when I've been the manager, most of the time, if we have an honest conversation, even if it's uncomfortable, there's always a good solution coming out of it. And sometimes it's hard to forget that your manager or boss might not know what you're thinking, even if it's obvious, even if they've been putting on too much shifts and stuff
