Reflecting Larches on a sunny day

So I'd be like, finish the roll, wrap it up, take out new film, put it into the camera, and then wait again for the moment to be able to take the photo. But it was 100% worth it just because the richness of the frame to have the contrasting colors between the yellow on the trees, to the greens in the water, to blue in the sky, and then kind of the teal cutter colors in the shadows all just come together so nicely

A photo of yellow larch trees in the middle of their transformation stand by a still green mountain lke in thr Alpine Lakes Wilderness of WA state.

Wow. What a beautiful shot. This is gorgeous. And I had to look it up where you said it was. The alpine in Washington. So near leavenworth. I've been to that area, but I'm not sure if I've ever explored these lakes. I used to live in Seattle and I just love Washington State. It's so beautiful. I'm going to be there this summer. I was there last summer on Woodbee Island. It's just so beautiful

@allowthesun aw thanks. All the Alpine regions of WA are spectacular. You have to sweat to get up there but its worth it!

Okay. Yes. That whole area is so pretty. Washington as long as you're up high, it's going to be pretty spectacular. But any time you hear the Upper Line, it's pretty spectacular. You're not having a flight to get there, but it's always worth it
