Self Esteem by The Offspring

article image placeholderThe Offspring - "Self Esteem"
The more you suffer, the more it shows you really care, right? Yeah? Now I'll relay this little bit happens more than I'd like to admit? Late at night she knocks out my door? Drunk again? I look in the score? Now I know I should say no? But it's kind of hard? When she's ready to go? I may be dumb but I'm not a dweeb? I'm just a sucker with no self esteem? Yeah?

That album that that came from is part of my life. It came out when I was in high school, and my friend and I, we would drive around in his car around our neighborhood, which was like a hoitie toity neighborhood. There was a golf course there, and we would blast that album. And there's a road rage song on there. The road rage song is called Bad Habit. And the lyrics go like, stupid, dumb s***

Totally not right. Totally not right. But however guilty jammed to that like nobody's business, still to this day I just don't take it in deeply. The lyrics as far as the lyrics go, the composition beautiful. Actually, like great. But what he's saying? Total sarcasm. Total. In a bad, bad place. Hoping you can't relate, but definitely did jam this music
