Work culture

article image placeholderUploaded by @jonnyroobs2400
I have seen the upper tier and management favoring their own employees, and the rest, well, they are taken advantage of as they are working extra hard because the favorite ones would rather slack off on something they really should be doing. Through the years, I have witnessed it on both the white collar and blue collar work environments, and they're no different from the other. I have experienced it firsthand, and I've become a minion to my bosses while I was working

And it is no coincidence to me that those companies are where I have had the most success personally and where we've had the most success collectively as a company making great changes in the world. So I don't think it's coincidental. And that's why I really stress to people to find a company that matches their personality, that matches the culture that they want and make sure you account for that because it's becoming more and more prevalent

Someone’s chicken is somebody’s burger !

So that's a trend and I wouldn't want to get into a conflict and argument and try to prove any point and say, hey, we can agree to disagree and coexist and then move on. Navigating through the corporate world is tricky. On one hand, you're not there to win a popularity contest by being this ultra popular person. On the other hand, you also cannot become this most unpopular guy who nobody wants to work with, nobody wants to collaborate with

Hello, Aayan. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences regarding the work culture. I totally agree with selfcare being there for yourself despite the circumstances happening at work and that there are people on a higher level that do care about your work performances and work relationships with others. And you're right, it is understandable on why some people are the way they are as there are circumstances that take them out of rhythm temporarily. I also agree it's best to stay away from those that are repeat offenders
