Speaking to Trees, Listening to Tori: The story behind the song and a brief intro
I have hidden some of her Ashes in this tree house in Florida and so I would be in a Cornwall in England and beam myself to the Treehouse just to have a conversation with her. So it was just one of those songs that could almost get me to time travel to be close to my mom. That's just typically beautiful of Tori Amos. I felt tears welling up just listening to her voice again. I didn't realize how much I missed her
