Give a shout out to your local music venue

article image placeholderUploaded by @JLMcMillan
And there's plenty of articles to read about the disappearance of the small venue. Well before and now it seems like there's so much more that these small venues are up against. So this is just kind of my shout out to all the indie venues to hang in there, those that are and of course, once things are safer to support your local venue versus always going to those mega shows that are charging a fortune for tickets

The best memories are made in small venues. Share yours! #music #concerts #venue https://s.swell.life/SSkE9pkGo1eqYVl

Memories!

So there are some venues like the Troubadour that still exists or the Roxy that still exists. But I would say that in my experience, metal bands, punk bands, hardcore bands. They typically don't really play those venues. And so the ones that I used to go to a place like the Cobalt Cafe, just literally hardcore kids beating the crap out of each other in this little tiny room for three 4 hours sets

@Taylor These venues are touchpoints in the community and in memory

And I hope that they reign on through this really challenging time. And I hope more people can share their stories of local venues because they're just so full of memories and culture. Thanks
