Killer Tracks: Systemic racism in citing rap lyrics as criminal evidence
It runs the whole gambit from hip hop to, of course, rock music to classic rock, golden age of hip hop, indie, even some kind of jazzy stuff. So this is my celebration of this decision that hopefully will be soon law because we certainly can't be using art to incriminate people. And this is just another move of a consciousness towards trying to attack the systemic racism that is permeating the criminal justice system in North America
