Is Depression/Anxity Real or "Dimag ka Veham" as said by many family members where this patient stay.

So what solution can be given to this kind of situation? Also when there's no support, I don't have anyone who can support me and say yes, I am with you. Yes, we know you're suffering and I don't want to be like a bitchary kind of a thing, but just understand, like heart disease, any disease you say they have the reports and everything which shows that this is the level. But depression, anxiety, these don't have any reports

If their thyroid level is not functioning well, if they are going through any kind of hormonal imbalances or if they are suffering from any kind of vitamin D or vitamin B twelve deficiency just get yourself tested for them. Maybe you are suffering from some kind of deficiency inside your body and you are not becoming aware of it. So these are the basic symptoms which come to the surface later on. So go through proper you must start taking proper diet for yourself. Thirdly, you start keeping a journal for yourself

People are here to help you. The third thing is do some light exercise. It will boost up your mood. You feel better within minutes. I know doing exercise will not help everyone. But you should try this. And the most thing is deep breathing exercise
