And I believe in lifelong learning. One of the things I did recently was I took a certification, something called wicked problem solving, which was in and of itself, pretty wicked and cool. I might do a series of swells on that topic. Let me know if that's interesting to you, but that's one of the ways that I foster a growth mindset and also just keeping a curious mind

Is communicating to our brain, to our electrical synapses that we choose to tell these signals in the brain to fire off in a way that possibly gold be more beneficial for it? It wouldn't be nice if our brains were wired to survive not just in the sense of food, water, and shelter, but also with intelligence. Like we all were born with the ability to solve mathematical equations that only the top physicists and scientists can understand. Wouldn't that be such a time save?

Hey, Jesse, as you were talking about, like, the growth mindset. The growth, yeah, growth mindset. It made me think about out instantly. It made me think about a situation in my life. I was like 17, I was in high school, and I was thinking to myself, like, I have to change who I am because it's not getting me the results that I want. But I also don't feel good about myself

Hey, Fry, some interesting thoughts for sure. So it's interesting, right, because you were coming from a physical place when talking about growing your brain. And I wasn't necessarily. But that doesn't mean that there isn't a physical aspect. Right. Eating healthy and getting enough sleep and so on and so forth, all of these things that promote our physical health, the brain is very much muscle, too, can also promote our mental health

Hey, Zeer, thanks for responding back. Yeah, don't worry about not having the language. This is just a topic that I'm interested in. So, you know, I read up on it, but there's been plenty of times in my life when I've been like, oh, so that's the name that you put to that thing that I know that I knew for the past ten years. So don't sweat it. Congratulations

It's about the invitation to sort of indulge in all that life has to offer and that hunger for it, but also the reflection to reward yourself every time you do think that you've learned something or that you've taken the time to be open and have a beginner's mindset and you allow for a shift in your own ideas and then adding more information to yourself. More ideas, more skills

Hey Deborah, thanks for the shout out and never mind wicked problem solver. I think the VP of Stories and voices is a pretty cool title in and of itself, and I love that swell has a role that highlights stories and voices and different voices. So kudos to you. I'm having fun in my first fledgling steps in the platform, but it definitely has a lot of potential
And although it can get ridiculous with unicorns and all sorts of things wrapped up in this space, it gives us additional ideas that we can then dial back and incorporate into our problem solving of today. And so to me there is immense value in imaginative play

It's a growth mindset Journal for kids, and they have a fantastic podcast where they highlight challenges and real world kids. And how they got over those challenges and hearing about other people's challenges and how they overcame them is an amazing way for you to take on new ideas and start modeling that yourself. They're coming out with an adult version of the Journal, and I'm very excited about that because I work through the kid version with my kids
