And then there was another group that sort of understood why those changes were happening in near real time and appreciated the fact that our leaders, for lack of a better term, were reacting to the latest information that they had on the ground
What are you going to do? And there's obviously a pandemic. But like I said, maybe a little more finesse would have been nice just because of the amount of people that were affected by it and then shifting to a different job where I was able to work at home. I think that one of the things that I was really looking for in a job was that flexibility. And fortunately, a lot of employers are understanding that working from home is not all that bad
