But when I find something, I love it. And I am really excited to listen to this and to just dig into the rest of this article. Because the interview is really interesting. There's so much good stuff that I don't ever get to. And I think instead of thinking that it's piling up in some corner. I just feel like when I happened to something. Thanks, Deborah. I've had a lot of conscious experiences that have moved me over the years, and maybe I'll share some other ones on Swell. In the meantime, I love your idea that the right information at the right time will just just hit us and kind of serendipitously that it's meant to be. It's tough to deal with the volume of information these days
