And I'm wondering how I can bring that into my life, because there's mom. One of my exes has a fatal disease, and so I'm sad for him, too. I mean, towards the end, the marriage was no good, was not bad, but it was not good. And then bad things happened, and we just fell apart. But I'm not mad at him. I don't carry around a burden of anger or regret or shame

Hey, friend. Hope you're well. I actually just was reflecting on this the other day, this, like, lack of ceremony or ritual that we don't have here in the west. Yeah, it's in touch with a lot of friends that live in India, of course, because I have connection to the Yogic and Buddhist worlds, and it just kind of amazes me how Eastern culture yeah, Eastern culture just has a much better integration of spirituality, I would say

But anyway, I'm sorry, I don't like my last employer very much. So there's that. And, yeah, I've been to the Middle East and India a few times, and both of them I've been to during Christmas. And I loved how Christmas is just an excuse for a party. It's a time to be and to be joyful. And if you're a Muslim, if you're a Hindu, doesn't matter, you can celebrate Christmas

But it is for him, an enormous moment. He's got to have surgery. They're going to take some lymph nodes. So I'm going to fly down to his house and take care of him for the week. And I have the ability to give my best to my family. And I think that that's our culture, our Christian, quote unquote culture talks so much about the family. The family we got to protect the kids
