Hello. I'm listening to some music I haven't listened to since mom was alive. And I'm thinking about the other day. I had an epiphany where I realized that I'm never going to get Mom's approval, her forgiveness, her unfettered love. I'm never going to get that. And that was kind of a powerful realization

I think it's often like something that we put on ourselves, this need to please them or to not disappoint them, which is so much pressure and it's so not freeing. It's it sucks that it's sometimes like really hard circumstances that bring that bring those revelations out. But I think it's ultimately really positive stuff. So it's really awesome to hear you talk about it so openly
