Doug....Aaron & George's Cafe...El Paso. aaronandgeorgesfilmcafe.com

Cardboard, carpet, something from the garbage. In New York, right. In Juarez, I don't think people just throw things out like that. That's my theory. So people were just literally on the cement with their kids. So I got this idea to bring in camping pads, because I had been doing some camping for the first time in my life. Camping pads are not just soft cushion. They're designed so that they retain body heat

Oh, man, this cafe sounds right up my alley. And the origin story is so moving. You know, breaking everything apart, closing your business, being physically harmed, and then kind of like a phoenix from a fire. Finding purpose and then falling in love and then, you know, helping people and just doing all these things together. This man is certainly a beacon of creativity. And you resilience. Oh, my God, it's so great that you had time with him

Yes, doug is definitely an interesting guy, someone we're spending a little more time than our five minute allotment. But anybody that's interested in Doug and his cafe and his mission, I would Google. I think it's Aaronandgeorgesfilmcafe.com. I'm sure you could just google something like aaron and George's Cafe. El Paso, Texas. And he's got a little blurb on there, obviously, about the cafe. But as well, he talks about his mission and so on
