Self care is important!!

I love painting, so whenever I feel like I need a break, I pick up a canvas and start painting or I listen to Karma soothing music, even going on long drive or having a conversation with one of your close friends can be therapeutic because having fun and taking a break is also equally important. There are a lot of people who also like to maintain journals and pen down their thoughts or they do yoga and meditation. So do let me know how you all practice selfcare

Great tips. And I especially noticed about the part where the things you do for yourself about self care is off the screen. So like even if you have to take a break or do therapeutic things, it should be is something like you said, like painting or listening to music. Otherwise that just makes you more tired and it will not help you in the long term. It's

That's actually such a relevant topic to us. I mean, these days, self care is important social media trend, and people think it's limited to bring skincare and face masks and facials. I'm sure that's fun. But yeah, the entire concept of self care is it actually helping you out, take care of yourself. And it's not limited to things like that. Like you said, painting. Yeah. I mean, I have my own ways of doing it

Hi listening to yourself for the first time, and I completely, completely agree with yourself. It's super important. And one of the recommendations that you gave is painting. I definitely love doing that because I feel painting soothes your mind and it's actually therapy
