Hey everybody. So it's been a minute since I've been on Swallow. I have been just resting a lot and and going through some crazy s***. Mentally, spiritually, even somewhat physically. Just I'm sober. I'm doing everything I can to stay that way. And so far it hasn't been upstating. It's just been hard in the way of functioning. I'm getting things done and I'm just pacing myself and I'm doing what I can do

But I know that it's a journey, so I really appreciate you sharing this. I connect to the title of this, and there was light. I named my business, and instagram allowed the sun because that's vin my journey, allowing that in. So, yeah, thank you again for sharing that. Bye
