The secret weapon to self awareness and leadership

After three days of rest and medication, my ability to deal with what I had to work on improved remarkably with exceptional mental clarity. Today, tuning my vena, which is a string instrument, revealed a moment of wonder to me. Previously discordant, the strings produced beautiful music when tuned harmoniously. Reflecting on these incidents, I realized that the human mind is naturally chaotic, just like the clouds busy times or untuned strings. Yet through meditation, journaling and mindfulness, we can calm down and dissolve unnecessary thoughts

You. Thank you so much, Jonah, for this wonderful post. And I just love the picture of clouds. I find a lot of peace when I gaze at the sky and look at these clouds moving, and sometimes they're so colorful. The sky takes on a beautiful view in the evenings, and I find that brings a lot of calm, a sense of calm into me. And as you rightly said, um, meditation undoubtedly helps

Hi, Jeremy. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful post. Yes, a state of calm is something very, very essential to learning new things in life. And it's only when we stop contemplating so much about our future and we stop regretting so much about our past that we are able to live in this now, which we call selfawareness awareness or mindfulness is something that takes us on the path of growth and improvement in ourselves somewhere.
