Alright, next question. With so much of fitness advice and fat dies during the rounds, what are some of the commonly believed human muscle building myths? Alright. I heard many people say if you want to build muscles then you have to lift heavy weight. That is not completely true. You have to focus on diet first, then workout. So I say, you know, 60% died, 40% is workout

Alright. My third question, what are some simple things that people can do in their day to day routine Besides walking out to see results faster? Alright to see results faster, do little bit of more walking at least every day. Ten K steps. Eat more vegetables. Keep hydrated yourself at least three to five liters of water. Then eat natural sources of sugar

Alright my next question. Cheating on your diet or skipping a workout. Which would you choose? If I have to choose, then I can cheat a meal but I can't skip my workout

Hey svaria, in a week, five to six days walking out is totally fine. You see, after the session, if you're getting good recovery, then you can do five to six days in a week
