Strategy on how not to take things personally with Confidence!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Jack-Dracule
It wants to be acknowledged, it wants to be right, but it's exhausting. The energy is wasted always. And there's just no point in battling. Here are some strategies that have helped me and hopefully they'll help you. Number one, it's not about me. It's really important to understand that. Number one, it's not about me. Look at it from someone else's perspective. Shift from me to we see the intention of the other one

Lets ask "Why do we take things personally?", #confidence #beingpositove #bekindtoyourself #rememberwhoyouare #youarevaluable

Um hey, Jack, this is really cool. I I have heard the 50,000 thoughts in a day comments before from psychologists and some studies I've done, but I've never heard it broken down like you did, with 10,000 being only 20%. And that really kind of flipped it into perspective for me. I think that that is just such a unique and profound way to begin to really look at how important it is to stay incredibly consistent with your mental wellness and mental stamina and mental thought processes
