I'd rather say that I have areas for growth. It's more optimistic, more inviting of change, if you will. But my question for you all is, how do you acknowledge and figure out what your areas for growth even? Are? There are those funny, stereotypical responses in interviews where they ask, What's your biggest weakness and you say my biggest weakness is that I care for others or my biggest weakness is that I work too hard or whatever

I know this sounds a little weird and in some ways even pseudoscience, but for me, when I find myself critiquing others and criticizing others, okay, now I try to look and see which of that is in myself. And if I'm able to identify and match said characteristics that I find unfavorable in others, then and I see it within myself as well. And it may be on the path towards possibly, if not outright eliminating it, but managing it and dealing with it
So I really appreciate your perspective. And I think that just going through my daily life and going through my daily life and taking a moment to stop and think is that just me projecting on to other people? Is that me projecting my own insecurities and problems onto other people right now? And that will, I think, help me figure out some of those because I think I am almost hyper aware of those things to the extent that I can't identify them if that makes sense

And then I had some random questions that you could ask yourself and this might help you might not. This is the kind of things that help me I recently had to go through. I'm going through performance evaluation at work. These are the kind of questions reflect on how do I approach failure? How do I communicate with those closest to me? How do I communicate with strangers in groups and teams? What role do I typically take?
