Use this time to try new things. Get outside your comfort zone, get moving. And if it's safe, see people you care about. Because from my experience, spending just a little bit of time with a friend of mine can help me forget that we're even in this situation. And I think that's a blessing in disguise. Oh, one more thing. If you aren't doing well in terms of your mental or emotional well being, first of all, that's entirely valid
