Similar and relevant to the question, what comes first, the chicken or the egg is because what I think of when I think of cooperation is the resolution of conflict. Cooperation is two different people or groups or ideas kind of getting along and respecting their differences. Right. So there has to be a conflict of some kind, not necessarily a negative one, but of some kind in order for there to be cooperation. Right. Or does there? I'm in this kind of philosophical loop
