But on the other hand it is also getting misused by some people

And if you feel that whatever you will post can lead you to some negative criticism then why to post it? This is what I feel and I personally don't post anything or I post on any social media because I don't want to overthink that. People will judge me. People might bully me, not me. But just hypothetically or what if people say something which I cannot digest? So why would I hamper my mental health over some post which will not even affect me after one week?
