Hi, Shobi. Thank you so much for bringing it up. It's something that I've been advocating for many years soft skills development. A lot of people focus on technical. That that's fine, but you know, some benchmark of soft skills is critical. I've seen a lot of people with good marks, and they're still not able to make it to good positions because of substance. Thank you for mentioning that too. That communication skill is really important now
