Hi guys. I hope you all are doing well. Welcome back to my channel today. I want to share my views regarding something that I implement for my wellbeing mental detox. The feelings of anger, hatred, jealousy, grudges, and revenge can make our mind toxic. If we hold on to these emotions, I consciously prepare my mind to let these toxic emotions out of my inner system. Here are my three ways of dealing with this negative emotions
