3 Ways I Practice Gratitude

We all are going through difficult times and it is important to be positive and have gratitude. Below are my three ways through which I practice gratitude, keeping or joining. I keep a daily practice and write about the moments of gratitude associated with everyday situation, postman attributes and loved ones to remind myself about the things that I truly enjoy and through which I am grateful into my life.
