I find a way to eliminate or deal with negativity rather than cribbing about it. Third way is just the broader plan. I always believe in the future plan of cause. If something bad or negative is happening with me, it's important to trust and have faith in higher reality for something good that is going to happen in the future. Fourth way is to decide to help someone. Everyone you meet is fighting a battle
