And this is the truth. There are some people in our life, the one who just hold us back, who doesn't let us go and spread our wings. So that people we should just throw and get rid of them. And meditation, meditation is just very good. We should meditate to have mental clarity and that is something that's impossible for me because don't sit in a place for 1 second. I just love roaming here and there
