Like, it's all stuff that you just kind of brush off when you hear it. I try my best to steer away from giving advice that's too basic in the sense of like, oh, reach out to this person. Obviously, that is a resource that should be reminded as frequently as possible, but also trying to give advice that you think someone may actually accept. But I've also had friends struggle with relationships and stuff. And I tell them, oh, you deserve so much better
