Happy Mental Wellness Wednesday Swell Today I wanted to talk about breathing exercises because when I get anxious I notice that they actually helped me a lot and I'm usually the type of person where when I'm anxious and someone tells me to take a deep breath if I tell them to stop talking to me because I just think it sounds so annoying when I'm stressed out in the moment. However, after talking with therapists and everything like that, I have noticed that they actually do help me
And so I've worked through breathing exercises with my therapist as well. And it's the exact same one that you listed. And I guess one of the things that I could recommend to other people who are listening possibly to this is I guess it doesn't necessarily go with breathing, but it does a little bit
