need breakfast ideas (from a breakfast hater)

Okay, so I'm really bad about eating breakfast. It just I've never really liked eating breakfast since I was a kid. I have always had really bad stomach aches my whole life, and I would wake up with awful stomach of cakes and I'd be like, okay, well, I'm not eating breakfast then, because my stomach hurts. And I just kind of carry that habit with me even today. And I still don't really eat breakfast, which is really bad

If I have a piece of fruit or without the protein, I end up down this sort of destructive, unhelpful path. So I make accommodations for myself however I can get that protein first thing in the day. And if that means doing something like heating up a frozen meal even I allow myself that because I need the protein and I need the food to get my day started

So I'm just replying to your what to eat for breakfast thing. I don't really eat breakfast a lot myself either, but I'm also a college student, so recently I've been I'll have a banana for breakfast and I'll eat that way, like yogurt and granola or something. But that's what I've been doing. Or even like toast natural valley like breakfast like bar things. Those are just a few ideas. I hope it helps

I don't know why I said that word. Excuse me? Golden chai granola OMG. And it's super good, and I just eat it with, like, almond milk and fruit. So it's easy. It takes absolutely, like, 5 seconds to make and it gives me a lot of energy too. So got to be good

Hey I like totally relate like I'm definitely not a breakfast person like if I could erase one meal of the day it would be like breakfast and I would do it every day like I would genuinely not just eat breakfast I not a breakfast at all but I do also relate to the whole like if I don't eat something I feel like tired later on especially on days where my lunches later I feel like on days where my lunch is at like twelve I'm fine usually but sometimes classes happen and I've eat lunch at like two or three and that's when things really start not going well honestly my breakfast is genuinely like fruit and I know that doesn't sound really filling and sometimes it's not but in my opinion fruit just gives me so much energy in the morning and I don't know if it's scientific or anything it probably isn't but it's just like a personal thing for me I like the biggest sweet tooth and I feel like if I eat fruit because it has sugar it reduces it later on in the day so I don't like just start eating a bunch of sweet things so I love oranges like a couple of oranges in the morning especially when I know I'm having a longer day ahead of me and along with that you can eat like whatever sometimes I eat oatmeal it's not as common for me to eat oatmeal meal but I do like it and it's just a hassle sometimes but overnight oats are great and I have that at certain days other days it's just me and my fruit I know that's probably not really helpful but as a person who doesn't really enjoy breakfast like fruits and maybe yogurt and I know people mention granola but those are basically just myers a couple of top things I eat in the mornings

So sometimes I'll cut up apples and I'll just keep that in a tupper or a thing. And in the morning I'll eat that with, like, peanut butter or I really love overnight. Oats, I talked about that on my slow page if you want to look at that. Overnight are great. If I just have some fruit that I can grab and I'm really in a rush, and I'll do that like a banana or something
