But if you stay more imaginative and just allow yourself to feel more fluid and the last thing I will say is if you have an opportunity to bathe every day, literally, like immerse yourself in water, it just has an incredible capacity to sort of send you into a space of floating and buoyancy and you're not stuck in this place of overwhelmed. So I hope these things help you and I'm glad you brought it up. It will help others for sure

I love this visualization about Pivoting. It's so yeah, it's great. It's so beautiful. I find visualizations are really helpful as well. It might not necessarily necessarily kind of calm down that really felt experience of anxiety, but I think it does help to just to try and self regulate. And it does have an effect over time

Hey, Isabella, I can hear that you're struggling a bit, something I've found really helpful over the years. And I've got generalized anxiety disorder. So I've had to manage anxiety over my sort of over the past 30 years. Is box breathing. I don't know if you're familiar with this

Hey, Greta. I just wanted to thank you for that box breathing visualization breathing thing. I was just doing it, and I was thinking about your art when I was doing it, like I was doing the box of the breath and the count around one of your collage pieces. It just popped into my head. So I had to tell you that. Thank you

Thank you so much. And what you were just saying about, like, recognizing those feelings of anxiety and letting them pass, I have like, that actually works a lot for me. And I usually that's something I'd be like, oh, there's there's just no way that's actually going to work. But it really does. Just knowing, like, okay, it's there, but it will pass forward even though it can be hard

Take a walk!

Also sometimes listening to music, taking a break, not going on social media, but doing something else that won't work your mind as hard as whatever you're doing. Also, having one of my favorite snacks is always like boost my mood because I'm such a foodie. So having a snack and taking a break can also be really helpful

And then the other things I like to do, I know this kind of overwhelmed some people, but I like to write lists of everything I have to do. It makes like everything laid out right in front of me. So I'm not like frantic and it's all over, like bouncing around in my head. I can just get it all on paper and then also working out I think is a way for me to relieve my stress. I can listen to sometimes I work out to Adele

So to me, I like to think of it like I'm looking at a mountain, and I have to get over the mountain to get to the other side. But the first thing I have to do is actually start climbing the mountain

Hi to the feeling of being Super Hoover wimped. It is natural for some people, I think, because it comes in their behavior like appearance. But I think you should change your mind set with this particular thing because when you think that this thing is this is just a test of you from God, because us when we are just kind of difficult times when we are pressurized by something or someone

Most recently, I really had a moment where I was like, Why am I feeling so anxious? Why am I feeling tired and anxious at the same time, yet super ultra ready to go and ready to handle this. It was a whirlwind of emotions and I was overwhelmed. For me, I try to find an outlet, whether that be going for a run or going to the gym. Sometimes even putting away, even though I have stuff to do. I have deadlines, I have editing
