in desparate need of stress management tips

And so now when I do try to bottle things up inside, it kind of just explodes and turns into a big breakdown. So I am just wondering if anybody has any tips on how how to deal with stress or overwhelming workloads and stuff like that? I'm all ears and open to any recommendations because I just need to try something out and see if it works

Sometimes the weather doesn't always cooperate with me, but I don't use it as an excuse because I will go outside in winter when there's four inches of snow on the ground and have my cup of coffee and breathe in the cold brisk air

And then toward the end of my college, I was within a couple of months of graduation that I had to deal with personal loss added to the stress and frustration of finishing school and working full time. And then of course, I've had to deal with career related stresses many times over the years. My suggestions regarding stress is you need to ask yourself at least one question, and that is, why am I stressed out? What is it that is stressing me out?

I want to thank you for that, just because I think sometimes I don't realize how far just having a positive start to the day can take you. And that's something really important to me, is trying to make sure I'm been in a more positive mindset. So I am going to take in everything you said and just really try to apply that to my life, because I think that could really help me

We all live busy lives so much that at times it feels like there's never a win. We just go through the motions, day in and day out. One method that works for me is a method I've used for others that I've helped as well is in the night before you get up, have your clothes out for the day that they're already out, sitting out, maybe on your dresser or something
