#AskALocal The Pink City - My Jaipur!

article image placeholderUploaded by @inikachoudhary
The nicknames that MyCity has been proudly given, it's most famously known as the Pink City, probably because in Rajasthan or earlier, pink is the symbolic color of hospitality, and the people of Japur, as I already mentioned, are known for their hospitable attitude. Maharaja Savai Ram Singh one had the whole city painted pink to welcome the royals in 1876. So the Prince of Wales, when he visited India, found Jaipur to be fully drenched in pink

Because your Swell was narrative as well as descriptive, like it is being said for the senses. I was able to see, I was able to hear, I was able to feel the wind, the waterfalls and the kind of way you described about the grasslands over there, monuments, culture
