Anand Sharma creates a ripple in the Congress. Will nepotism be forced to take a backseat across Indian Political parties?

article image placeholder"Vilified And Humiliated": Anand Sharma On Quitting Congress Panel
In his letter to Congress President Sonia Gandhi conveying his decision to quit, Sharma has learnt to have pointed out that he was neither informed nor invited for the meetings of the core group of the Himachal Congress and senior leaders on election strategy and preparations held in Delhi and Shimler recently. It is interesting to note these kind of ripples that are taking over various parties be the Congress or the Shiva. Sena

Why am I comparing a business with the other issue that you've taken? The political aspect of the swell is because both are absolutely same according to me. They both are organization. In fact, even consider NGOs as organization or business kind of thing. It's just that some generate profits, some don't

Hi, Sagar. Thank you for that very interesting perspective. And you know, I things that there are two things here, right? One is of trust, which comes from somebody being part of a particular unit, right? Like a family that has been in that business for generations or have been founding founders of the political party and therefore, like you said, know the inside out of the whole process. So therefore people from that unit are trusted

What they did is they did a survey by taking the data from the starting point on employees who have been in the company for a long duration and these employees who have propelled or increased their status within the company by Ijp's LJP, that is internal job posting and later job posting the promotion criteria

Bit selfish okay but it's okay and I don't think this will shake Congress party that much for sure the problem with congress is they don't have a capable and trustworthy leader to lead with Rahul quitting and they are even struggling to decide who will be the next party president probably Ashok Khaled don't know but this name does not have that much courage I would say but at A C we cannot underestimate any and it is too early but definitely I can say parties faith is in the hands of next 40% who should be capable enough untouched
