Rahul Gandhi disqualified as Member of Parliament. Is this justified?

article image placeholderLeader of India’s Opposition to Modi Is Expelled From Parliament
But what's interesting is that ten years ago rahul Gandhi tore up an ordinance wherein the congress led UPA was going to introduce a new legislation which prevented members of public authorities such as parliament and local municipal bodies from being suspended during pending cases or if they're going through a hearing or when there's something that's subjudice. But now it's essentially clear that Raul Gandhi cannot take part in the session of parliament and he has many options before him to tackle both of these issues

@Karan.Dev A request _/\_

Because from my armchair analysis, it's clear we took bits and pieces from constitutions that were active when our constitution was formed and then we stuck it to our document without seeing the country and the people and their politics. So our constitution doesn't really oftentimes I love the constitution, but oftentimes a lot of the laws just are too vague. They are too vague to hold the myriad of experiences that form a country with this much diversity. Right
