With cities like Delhi and other metros like Mumbai already facing unprecedented levels of air pollution, one can only imagine what unchecked processing of electronic waste in these kind of methods would lead to. I think it's high time that we all sit up and think about also bringing in manufacturers into the picture and ensuring that they have some kind of a mechanism of taking back used products, used devices like they do in most parts of the rest of the world, especially in developed countries
