How do you center yourself?
So the purpose of this well is to discuss what are some things that you've been doing to center yourself. I know for me, censoring myself means eating a meal, making sure I drank enough water for the day, and going on a walk. A lot of times I'll go on a walk around campus. There's like a hiking trail. So I walk that pretty often. But it's like a fake hiking trail

So that is something I need to get in a regular practice with. So I'm glad that you reminded me. I totally forgot about that. And it really helped me when I did it. And I also liked using my body as a pendulum for really anything that I was looking for an answer and not everything, but yeah, I like being able to ask my energy staff if it's right for me. And they did teach us to do that with, like, foods and stuff like that
I can also just have a look at nature little birdies, the way they feed from my feeders in front of the window or just looking at something moving inside a landscape. Yes. Having the impression that life is moving on and trying to be present inside this landscape or enjoying the sun, but just trying to be awake and present. There you are. Have a great weekend
At the same time, I thought, yes, what would I do to what kind of music would I precisely listen to? And I thought of that song, actually, it's not to get a better mood, but to augment increase the joy even or express the joy I can feel at times. And it's called Oklahoma Beautiful Morning and that's very old fashioned song. But it's amazing, I think, in this enthusiasm for life. Yes, there we are
But I think if you'd set in those little times just to take those moments to, like, do something you really enjoy that will help and make every day just so much better
Thank you, Jonathan. Yes, it's getting warmer now. It was snowy yesterday and the snow has just melted already. Yes, it's also on on the iOS store and I found it. So thanks a lot. I'll see if I can try it. Actually, my misgivings are always with machines. I think we should manage to do without them, but perhaps it can be a help. Thanks

And there's like a whole process for it. I actually listened to this podcast called Coffee Talks and she does a podcast all on this and I think it's really great. And so I would definitely recommend that. But I also think setting intentions for yourself or goals, not like living up to these goals and totally berating yourself if these goals don't happen. But I think the better word for it is intentions. Set good intentions for yourself. Don't be mad at yourself. Give yourself time
